Founded in 2014 and formally established as a partnership in 2018, Script Plus Industry was born out of the desire to redefine storytelling in Africa. We believe that every great production begins with a great story — and our mission is to craft stories that move hearts, challenge minds, and inspire the world.
Over the years, Script Plus has evolved from a small local scriptwriting initiative into a fully integrated film and media production company offering scriptwriting, training, consultancy, and production services to both local and international clients.

Our Leadership
Haj. Rahma AbdulMajid Sharif – Executive Director
Haj. Rahma AbdulMajid Sharif is a certified and licensed scriptwriter and film producer, trained at the prestigious New York Film Academy. With over 20 years of experience in the film and television industry, she has worked with several leading studios in Kannywood and beyond before founding Script Plus Industry.
A visionary leader, Rahma’s mission is to empower African storytellers to tell their own stories with authenticity and excellence. Her vast experience in film production, screenwriting, and creative management continues to guide Script Plus toward global recognition.
Maimuna Idris Beli: Co-Director
Maimuna Idris Beli is an award-winning literary writer, screenwriter, and creative visionary whose works have been recognized across Nigeria. She has written and collaborated on numerous local and national film and television projects, earning acclaim for her innovative storytelling style and rich narrative depth.
Her literary background brings a unique voice to the company, blending art and structure to produce scripts that speak to the heart of humanity. As Co-Director at Script Plus, Maimuna leads creative development, script mentorship, and talent incubation programs aimed at building the next generation of writers and filmmakers.
